Who We Are
Nova Farming is a Black woman-owned company that educates youth and beginning farmers and ranchers in American and global agriculture. We are dedicated to the practice of raising livestock with a specialty in grass-fed Wagyu x Angus beef. Through workshops and educational programs, Nova Farming seeks to empower individuals with valuable knowledge about sustainable agriculture, farm and ranch management, and animal husbandry.
Education for the Future
Nova Farming teaches all ages and abilities through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on activities, and experiential learning opportunities. Our high level curriculum covers topics such as the life cycle of plants and animals, animal anatomy and physiology, soil conservation, sustainable farming methods, food production and safety, agricultural economics, genetics and heredity, and the use of technology in farming.
Healthy Animals, Healthy Ranches, Healthy Communities
At Nova Farming, we foster each students' understanding and appreciation for the importance of agriculture in their daily lives and the global economy. Nova Farming’s teachings helps students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, while promoting the awareness of environmental stewardship as well as sustainable practices in agriculture.

K-12 Teaching
Through customized curriculum, Nova Farming provides students with foundational knowledge and skills in areas such as plant and animal science, environmental sustainability, agribusiness, and agricultural technology.
Consulting
Nova Farming combines expert industry knowledge with innovative strategies to help beginning farmers and ranchers achieve their agricultural goals.
Beef
